I have to dip into IRL stuff here quick to qualify the small amount of gaming I’ve done and may be doing for a while: my spouse and I were told flatout on Sunday of this week that she was dying. I brought her home Monday and made preparations while she relaxed. I had started Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition last week and decided I’d cater to her every need, spend time with her and our visitors, and use this to string my streak along. I was concerned what would happen when this game was done? Maybe string another along? Well…she passed holding my hand Saturday morning. I didn’t even make it through Chapter 3 until that night, and still have seven more to go. One of her dying wishes was for me to continue my streak, so, even though my heart aches, I will keep doing this. At least this game is fairly easy, and I love that it’s all voice-acted.
